Shipping & Lead Times

Every piece at Shed & Saw Crafts is made with care in my Kilkenny, Ireland workshop. The details below explain how long things take and how I ship my handmade items.

Processing & Lead Times
  • Ready-to-Ship Items: Usually dispatch within 2–3 business days.
  • Made-to-Order: Handcrafted to order.
  • Custom/Personalised Orders: Design & build typically 3-5 days. I’ll confirm timelines by email if your design is more complex.
  • Peak Seasons: During busy periods (e.g. November–December) please allow an extra 3 business days.
Shipping Services & Estimates

Delivery time starts after your order has been dispatched.

  • Ireland (ROI): 1–2 business days via An Post or DPD.
  • Northern Ireland & UK: 2–4 business days. Customs may add a short delay.
  • EU: 3–6 business days.
  • USA & Canada: 5–10 business days. Duties/taxes collected by the carrier where applicable.
  • Rest of World: 7–12 business days.
Shipping Rates
  • Calculated at Checkout: Rates are based on destination and parcel weight/size.
  • Free Shipping (Ireland): Orders over €150 ship free by standard service.
Tracking & Notifications
  • I’ll personally email you a dispatch confirmation with tracking (where available).
  • You can reply to any email if you need delivery help or an update.
Packaging
  • Products are safely padded and boxed to prevent damage in transit.
  • I also use recyclable or reusable packaging where possible.
Taxes, Duties & Import Fees
  • Orders outside Ireland may be subject to local VAT, duties, or clearance fees on arrival. These are the responsibility of the recipient.
Delivery Issues & Damages
  • Please inspect your order on arrival. If anything is damaged, email hello@shedandsawcrafts.com within 5 business days with your order number and clear photos.
  • I’ll arrange a repair, replacement, or refund as appropriate.
Returns
  • Standard items: Unused and in original packaging may be returned within 14 days of delivery.
  • Custom/personalised items: Not eligible for return unless faulty or damaged.
  • Return shipping costs are the buyer’s responsibility unless we’ve made an error.
