Every detail has been carefully designed — from the choice of wood to the finishing touches — for both beauty and playability.

Here’s what makes it special:

🪵 Premium Hardwood Build
Made from solid walnut and maple with 2” playing squares, framed in elegant white American oak for a bold, classic look.

🪶 Felted Base with Lifted Feet
Beige felt underneath with rubber feet gives the board a clean finish and raises it slightly.

Resin Accents
Epoxy resin is poured into the edges of each square and around the borders, adding a unique, eye-catching detail.

Perfect Size
Measuring 18” x 18” x 1”, it’s the ideal size for serious play.

♔ Weighted Chess Pieces
Each piece is weighted for perfect balance and finished with laser-cut green felt bases for smooth, quiet movement.
The king stands at 100mm tall.

Handmade in Ireland
Unlike mass-produced boards, this is crafted entirely from hardwood in my small workshop in Kilkenny, Ireland.
